The wood wedges

I bought these wood wedges long time ago but never had the chance to use them yet, so yesterday I took my camera and went up on the terrace to shot some photos. Not only with the wood wedges, but also with the entire outfit – you’ll see it in the next post, tomorrow I think. The shoes are nice, fashionable,  but not very good for walking, so I preferred get used to them before walking long distances outside the house. Anyway, now the weather in Madrid is bad, with rain and wind so there is no chance to walk these days with open shoes… And then, I’ll go to Gran Canaria island for the Maspalomas Pride and the main event, Burleskas party (have you bought your ticket yet ?!).

Fashion Therapy

Today I want to present you two short movies from lastnightsparty.com, a website that I love… not only because of the uncensored photos of various parties, but also because of the (fashion & relationship) philosophy that “the legendary” Larry Mannequin (Merlin Bronques) is exposing there. It’s another world, or maybe just an instance of it, when the human beens are seen as simple as they actually are, despite the glamorous clothes and accessories. It’s a carpe diem world, the nightlife party. Enjoy the show.


 

A normal day

A little stroll through the city, a pleasant stay at a terrace, or a lucky shopping session, this can turn a regular day into a wonderful day. This is what I call a ‘normal’ day. And this is my look for a happy normal day. I posted this because I received many emails from people asking me what do you wear on a normal day out ? Of course, nothing special, less make-up and casual comfortable androgynous clothes and shoes. But I always try to be chic. Judge for yourself if I succeed or not.

Winter Chictopian Look – just another option

For the contest sponsored by Chictopia and Kmart, I have to choose an outfit suited for the winter season. I don’t know exactly what are they looking for, but the perspective of winning this price makes me shoot my daily outfits and post it here and there, to the website. Well, not yet, I’ll do it around 30th of December, and all January long it will be voted (or not). But the participation is the most important (and your feed-back), not the winning, even if a trip to San Francisco and free shopping is not a bad idea, hihi. Well, I’m sure there will be a lot of better outfits and with more fans, but that’s the game :)   So, new pictures, taken on 20th December in Madrid – Plaza Sevilla.

The last picture is from a bus, without coat, but I added it only for you to see me in a better light (unfortunately I was unable to find a better spotlight to take the pictures, I worked a lot to correct the light but…I didn’t wanted to alter too much the colors)
