A promise is a promise, so I came back with the bullfighting (empty) arena. I’m against that ‘sport’, I find it barbarian and with no actual reason, but as it’s part of the tradition… a reminiscent ritual, a demonstration of male (and female now) power. I just feel sorry for the bulls…
Chinchón – the night after the wedding (I)
22 SepChinchón is not a big town, but it is famous for the drink that wears the same name, made here, in this area – Anis Chinchón. Also, this old medieval place is known for the wines and garlic (in October they organize a garlic festival), but I will come back with informations in a future post. Now, enjoy the night views of Chinchón. Plaza Mayor, where they host bull fights, the old church Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, the clock tower (Torre del Reloj) and the narrow streets in the dark of the night. In the second post about Chinchón, I’ll show you the bullfighting arena, so stay close
Do you remember the summer ?! First episode.
18 Dec“The endless summer!!”, was Scooter shouting in a techno dance hit few years ago and I was happily jumping on his refrain. Now I remember the summer days when I used to go to some parks and gardens and took pictures… I really miss those hot summer moments…
