Getting out for NaviBus

Well, in Madrid it’s a new “thing” to get the “NaviBus”* from Plaza Colon and see the whole downtown from the height of its second floor. I tried to get my boots in that bus, but the rain has other plans so I dropped it for another time… I managed to take some pictures…with my new gold-dotted leggings (gift for St. Nicolas day, hihi). Sorry for the low light but I prefer to keep the original street illumination, not using flash.

*Navibus is the Navidad Bus (Christmas Bus) operating since 3 December until 3 January. Very popular with the kids 🙂

Chictopian Winter Season in Madrid

Well, it looks like the winter is overtaking the stage when it’s like a cold fall season, it looks like we have to put some more clothes on. I don’t mind this, even if I love the summer, the burning sun and all those short skirts 😛 I have the Canaries at two hours and 45 minutes away, so I don’t panic. Yet.

The streets are soooo empty, the wind is blowing all the leaves and all you can do is to get into one of the many bars of Madrid and drink some strong alcohol (or maybe a hot beverage, depends on tastes and mood) .

In all that time you can also eat something (I recommend you to try some of the Spanish specialties) and then, back home where is warm and quiet. But, you have to shoot some pictures from the way back home, isn’t it ? Hihi, this is my winter look (one of them), hope you like it and vote me in the chictopian contest. I’m not sure if I’m satisfied with it so I won’t give you any link, but after another shooting (having the same theme), I’ll post my participation on chictopia, of course. That’s only the first version, stay tuned for the next ones.
